Who are we kidding? The ONLY reason this guy has the job is because of his last name.
Oink is good at his job of eating, getting fatter and playing in the mud. Add a bottle of Gin to the 'job' and you'd have the senator's daily calender described. Except Ted prefers muck to mud. And Oink doesn't produce a much gas.
