Court Performance

Los Angeles, CA-- The Blue Man Group, Inc. are suing 'The Four Blue Queens'. The BMG has been touring for years and has earned well over fifty million dollars. "It took us a few years to develop our act. And we'll protect it", says Carl Wilson, a founding member of the BMG. "These blue queens are stealing our act. We'll sue them into oblivion." The Four Blue Queens was developed by Brian Heath, a professional ballet dancer and noted feltcher by training. The FBQs has been funded by the San Francisco's chapter of the HIV Performance Workshop. Although the BMG's reviews have been positive nationwide, the FBQ's reviews have been described as, 'uncomfortably boring, unimaginative and super duper gay.' " I just wan't to dance!" says Brad Souber, FBQ's leader. "We have been building this routine for over ten years, so we don't know what the 'blue men' are complaining about. We try to put on a production that is alive and bursting with beautiful radiant energy and its this energy that carries our entire show, and the FBQ's show must go on." Well the FBQ's show doesn't have to go on, but it does have to appear in district court next month to address the BMG's claims.
