Washington, DC-- Andy Prom, an independant consultant for DARPA has submited an idea that may have the attention of ears at the highest levels of the agency. "Its a probe droid type craft, complete with high volume telecomunications for detailed, minute and 'High Gain' intelligence missions. It also incorperates a 50 litre tank of 'cyanide gas' for high population areas in need of termination, like northern Pakistan or Detroit." says, Mr. Prom, graduate of Shawnee Mission High School and Mgr of "Fun Factory" at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS. " I am hoping that we can identify a gene unique to the area of the middle east, most likely muslim. If we do that, we can design gases that only terminate people with the target gene. If one is without the gene, like a US born citizen, the poison gas wouldn't have an effect. The human Genome has been maped. We (The US Govt.) are maping these chemical pairs that may be specific and unique for geographic locations on earth. Some are dominant genes..some are recessive..but surprisingly, many are unique."
