Another Russian Sub is underwater, in the uncontrolled way. It seems the recent Russians are near getting out alive, unlike sailors in the Kursk. That was a political disaster. They might have been saved, from the Kursk, if the Kremlin didn't sit on its ass so fucking long, drinking vodka, smoking cigarettes and suffering long soviet style meetings, all the while, the Kursk's oxygen was slowly being used up, and with it, the sailor's chances for survival. The question I have is, " Didn't the Soviets steal enough U Boat technology after WWII to figure these things out? Russia should get out of the underseeboot business.
